This brand new 2022 luxurious sailing catamaran, NAE KAE, is a superb example of what Bali can design. As you step on board in to a beautifully appointed cockpit, complete with teak floors and dining table for ten and a comfortable lounging bench, you immediately realize what a unique charter experience you are about to have. As you make your way up to the flybridge you’ll be blown away by the amazing turquoise water with 360° views and enjoy the up-close view of the sails. It’s also a great place to read your favorite book or a favorite spot for appetizers and cocktails at sundown. The main salon is comfortable and luxurious with open spaces and natural light fed by all the windows surrounding you. All guest cabins are spacious with large windows and offer plenty of natural light. For your comfort, every cabin offers queen sized beds and private baths with dedicated shower stalls as well as individual cabin A/C control. The high level of finishing throughout every cabin reflects the luxury that you would expect from a yacht of this caliber. With all the different areas, NAE KAE is show-stopper and has enough amenities for everyone to enjoy!

Charlotte grew up in New York City, sailing on her family's Seafarer 31. At the age of six, she began sailing dinghies at her local yacht club. She became active in her yacht club's PHRF racing and crewed in regattas up to the national level. Charlotte further pursued her passion by teaching sailing at Manhattan Sailing School and Hudson River Community Sailing, all while completing her studies in Psychology and Sociology at Hunter College. In 2012, Charlotte moved to the BVI to work as a charter captain and sailing instructor.
Over the last seven summers, she has captained charters across Greece, Italy, Spain, France, and Croatia, as well as run charters in French Polynesia and Thailand during the shoulder seasons. She has 19 years of sailing instruction experience, over 25,000 nautical miles offshore delivering yachts, and holds both USCG and BVI Captain's licenses. In her spare time, she can be found island-hopping, hiking, reading, racing in regattas around the Caribbean, throwing extravagant dinner parties, diving, and occasionally falling off surfboards.

Chef Jessica La Rue brings years of hands-on experience as a Mate/Chef with one of the Caribbean’s busiest charter companies and discerning yacht owners. A true team player, Jessica seamlessly collaborates with deckhands, stews, and captains—ensuring all aspects of yacht operations and guest services run smoothly.
Passionate about cooking, she sources the freshest local ingredients to craft gourmet meals that let vibrant flavors shine. Under the mentorship of the Head Chef at Trade Winds Charter Company, Jessica refined her culinary techniques and learned to flawlessly accommodate diverse tastes, dietary restrictions, and special requests—no matter how large the charter program.
Through clear, friendly communication, she tailors menus to each guest’s preferences, ensuring every dish delights and surprises. Known for her boundless energy and upbeat attitude, Jessica continually seeks new ways to elevate the onboard dining experience. Whether it’s menu planning, galley prep, or plating the perfect finale, her dedication to excellence guarantees guests unforgettable culinary memories on every voyage.

So many trip highlights on board and off... longer sails, delicious and beautifully presented meals (and boards!) and fabulous cocktails, major boutique shopping, gorgeous water and beaches, and the unforgettable Gumption Necker Island tour... The crew was amazing. Doyle is extremely knowledgeable and always found the perfect spot. He was a perfect captain and having been on many boats myself as well as our guests...He was one of the absolute best. Maya was amazing. Her humor was perfect and engaged perfectly with the crew. Her food is off the charts and definitely the best in the Caribbean at sea!.The yacht was very clean and they maintained it that way throughout.Their attention to detail was apparent but we were also able to live on the boat and enjoy all parts. we loved all aspects of the boat.
Food was amazing. We moved to half board and thought getting off the boat would be a good idea. We had some great meals and experiences off boat...Maya's food was the best!! She was very accommodating and listened to everyone!! It was personalized and perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week of sun and fun with friends and family. Memories to last a lifetime! The weather cooperated, a few showers here and there, but when you are sailing, what's a little more moisture in the air? The crew was very meticulous in the care of the boat plus the passengers. A week with good friends is always a treat. Because it always includes a lot of laughter and recalling memories. Friends are truly one of God's gifts. However, when that week is part of a bucket list trip- well, those stories and laughs will be visited again and again. To say that the Nae Kae made that special would be an understatement. The Nae Kae is a beautiful, comfortable, well kept vessel. This is all because of Doyle and Maya! It is wonderful to be under their care. Doyle and Maya-Wow! That doesn't begin to cover how this trip played out. From the moment we stepped on board you made us feel welcomed and comfortable.You have created a special space and truly brought us into your home. We Loved hearing your stories, getting to know you both, and experiencing the beauty of the BVI. The roses…Maya's food... appetizers on the bow, dinner up top (felt like celebrities), the snorkeling and other water fun, watching Doyle kite surf, getting a taste of both “touristy” at Willie T’s to experiencing the wild nature at the Bubbling Pools. I loved watching the sails unfurl, seeing the dolphins, eels and rays. The time spent with dear friends and making new ones in you both was priceless. Next time we will let Brian win the Euchre tournament.

Doyle & Maya - We are all so very grateful for the energy and heart that you poured into each ofus to make this such a memorable adventure. My rose and thorn intersected as it was truly amazing to have the trip go so fast and flawlessly with 10 people but flying by too fast for us... aspect of the journey felt relaxed, easy and therefore very enjoyable as we navigated the BVI islands and the fun each had to offer. It was a perfect combo of relaxation and doing! Obviously, we can't say enough about the food...every meal was incredible and Maya spoiled us and amazed us with her creativity in the kitchen. Seriously we’d buy the Maya-Nae Kae cookbook :)) And Doyle's stealthy dance around the boat was confidence inspiring and made us all feel safe and comfortable the entire time! We hope that Denver is on both of your travel schedules in the near future. We'd love to host you (although the food may not be as spectacular). Again, thank you both for welcoming us into your home, sharing your beautiful surroundings, navigating an unforgettable trip and rewarding us with your friendship!

Doyle and Maya,How can we ever express on paper the extraordinary, larger than life week of perfection we experienced on Nae Kae with you‽ You crafted each day to be special and centered around our hopes for the most spectacular week we could imagine. Your thoughtfulness each day, each meal, each activity was evident. As ours was a 60’s cruise, with four of us having a birthday party, one each evening, you were able to create a special event every night. We laughed, we danced, snorkeled, dined, and explored with such joy. Thank you both for welcoming us into your home and showing us the beauty of the USVI’s and the BVI’s. We can never forget these happy memories.
