We just finished an unforgettable 7-day charter in the British Virgin Islands, and it was truly an amazing trip from start to finish. Captain Stewart was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always made us feel safe while still keeping the experience fun and relaxed. The itinerary was perfect and showed us the very best of the BVI’s. Chef Reeve absolutely blew us away every single day. The food was next level—beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and honestly better than many restaurants we’ve been to on land. Every meal felt special and tailored to our tastes. The entire crew was attentive, friendly, and seamless, making the whole week completely stress-free. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t recommend this charter, Captain Stewart, and Chef Reeve highly enough. We’re already dreaming about coming back! 🌴⛵🍽️

▶What was your first impression of the yacht?
The yacht was everything that was advertised and perfect for our group of 6. We loved having the multiple areas of the boat to hang out and socialize.

▶Was advertised equipment onboard and in good condition?
Yes

▶Did the skipper/hostess make you feel welcome and comfortable onboard?
The skipper and hostess did a fantastic job at making our vacation a pleasant one. Loved the captain cocktails every evening and the hostess made the onboard meals elegant and very tasty. They even went what I felt above and beyond to ensure we had special and memorable moments, such as a champaign toast on Sandy Spit and a island land tour on Anegada. My husband's luggage did not arrive, so the skipper took him to a resort to shop and then delivered personal items to our stateroom while we were touring. Such a first class crew!

▶Did you feel free to choose activities?
Yes, they were very accommodating in the planning of the activities. We did everything we wanted to do and some things that we did not even know existed based on their recommendations.

▶Please provide specific comments regarding your skipper and hostess.
As stated above, the crew did a fantastic job to make our vacation special. I have no negative feedback. Only positive things to say. The food was fantastic. Reeve is a great chef and is very passionate about making sure the food taste great and is presented in a artful way. Stewart is a master of his sailing craft. We felt safe the entire trip and enjoyed his story telling, morning briefs on "Where are we?", and interesting teachings of how sailing works. From 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, I give them a 6!

▶Were the meals and beverages as you expected?
Yes, the yacht was well stocked with various types of beverages that we included in our preferences. The meals were all delicious and a great variety of different types of food.

▶If you made any special requests were they met?
We did have some food allergies and strong dislikes that chef Reeve worked around them and delivered flawlessly.

▶Would you recommend this yacht for a charter vacation?
Yes, both the boat and the crew were outstanding.

Everything Was Absolutely Perfect!
Easily one of the best (if not the best) vacations I have ever taken. Everything was absolutely perfect. Stewart and Reeve were gracious and engaging and made our time together all the better. The Ether was well appointed, the meals that Reeve prepared were delicious and elegant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had a group of 8 (2 families and our children) and had an absolute blast, making 2 new friends in Stewart and Reeve. A++++

Just Do It!
The trip of a lifetime!

We just returned from a week on the catamaran, and I’m still dreaming about the turquoise water, unforgettable memories, and—most of all—the incredible people we shared it with. Stewart and Reeve weren’t just skilled professionals—they were kind, thoughtful, hilarious, and truly unforgettable.

From morning coffees with a view, to meals that rivaled any five-star restaurant (seriously—every dish was a work of art), to belly laughs under the stars, every single moment was magic. The boat was beautiful and comfortable, but it was the people who made this trip so special. We came away not just relaxed and recharged, but feeling like better humans for having spent time with such extraordinary souls.

Crew Were Unbelievable.
These two were unbelievable…. They knew exactly what to do and kept us busy!! They were extremely nice and we all felt like friends.
Captain Stewart knew what he was doing and was a very funny guy.
Also, Chef Reeve made the best food I have ever had. The food was truly amazing. Overall great experience and I wouldn’t change anything about this crew.

I Couldn't Recommend The Crew Enough

I’ve never been on a trip where the crew has truly made an unforgettable experience.
Stewart and Reeve are the most amazing people.
Stewart radiates of positive energy and is full of funny jokes while Reeve is one of the sweetest girls who instantly became my friend.
Captain Stewart taught us how to sail while Reeve made the most delicious food (ask for the Caribbean chicken salad!!).

I Can't Give Enough Praise To This Crew
This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had.
Stewart and Reeve were absolutely amazing. Very patient with all our shenanigans.
The food was some of the very best I’ve ever had, Reeve is an absolutely amazing chef the presentation and the quality was amazing and delicious.(she even had her own herb garden she used in the meals)

The Best Kind Of Humans!
We are a family of three and this being our first sailing charter with a two person crew, we did not quite know what to expect. The boat was lovely, well appointed, and comfortable.

The real stars of our vacation were Captain Stewart and First mate/chef Reeve. These two are the best kind of humans! Generous with their upbeat energy and humor.

Whether sailing, snorkeling, or sitting around playing board games, we had the absolute best time with them. Frankly, we don’t know if we will be able to enjoy future vacations without them. I could gush on and on about how wonderful they are.

Cherry on top, Reeve is an exceptional chef, she made the most wonderful meals! We only ate one meal off the boat and I definitely preferred her cooking.

Were Both Amazing
Good was great, boat was great, Stewart and Reeve were both amazing and brilliant company to have for a week.

Fantastic!
Our week exploring the USVI and BVI aboard *Ether* was fantastic, thanks to the skill and hospitality of Stewart and Reeve. The boat is beautiful and comfortable, but what made the trip truly special was their thoughtful approach and seamless execution.

Every aspect of the trip was customized to our preferences, from the itinerary to the excellent meals. Stewart and Reeve have a calm, confident way about them that made everything feel effortless. We know that sailing and hospitality come with their challenges, but if there were any, we never noticed—they handled everything smoothly.

Beyond the great experiences they created for us, Stewart and Reeve were simply great company. Spending a week in close quarters with them was easy and enjoyable, and we’d happily sail with them again. If you're looking for a charter, *Ether* with Stewart and Reeve is a great choice.

What a week!
Capt Stewart and Chef Reeve exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we boarded, they made us feel like Ether was our home.
With their signature warmth and humor, they tended to our every need.
We sailed, kayaked, snorkeled, learned how to do stand up paddle boarding, and did nothing at all when we felt like it.
On top of that, we feasted on Reeve’s creative and delicious meals three times a day. The trip may have been only a week, but our lovely memories will last a lifetime.

Gracious Hospitality and Care
There are some vacations you enjoy because of the location, others because of the wonderful food, and still others because of the excellent service.
Our time on the Ether with Stewart and Reeve combined all of the above and more. It was a perfect week of sailing the BVI - full of beautiful locations, lots of laughter and wonderful conversations with our dear friends, as well as our new ones, Stewart and Reeve.
They allowed us to be as active (or not) as we wanted . . . Lazy napping, paddle boarding, kayaking, a bit of snorkeling, a light hike, and taking the wheel of the Ether (without incident)! We would return to this boat - and with this crew - in a flash. It was a beautiful week we’ll always remember. Thank you Reeve and Stewart for your graciousness, hospitality and care. Most Memorable Time Of Our Lives!

To say that our week with Stewart and Reeve, aboard Ether was above &beyond our expectations doesn’t do justice to the incredible experience provided to us. From our initial communication, and throughout the entire trip, their attention to detail, easy-going and relaxed manner and humor created an atmosphere that was as special as the stunning beauty surrounding us.

The itinerary, planned by the amazing Captain Stewart brought us to sunny beaches, great snorkeling spots, hiking adventures, fantastic sailing days, paddle boarding, and “subnado” runs was eclipsed only by the scrumptious menu, crafted by our spectacular chef Reeve.

We’ll miss Captain Stewart’s morning breakfast calls, Reeve’s warm morning smile with a full pot of coffee in hand, all the laughs, and jokes throughout the day. We left lots of bubbles in the water, and took memories that will last a lifetime. I can’t thank this crew enough, or express how they really made our trip one of the most memorable times of my life.

Our charter on Ether around the BVIs was a trip of a lifetime. What an awesome way to connect with friends and explore a beautiful part of the world. Everyday was filled with a healthy mix of adventure and ‘painkiller’ cocktails.

Dear Andre and Fifi,
Thank you for an amazing and very special week! We loved spending Christmas with the two of you. You did such a great job of accommodating our special guests and needs. You're great every step of the way, from the pre-trip planning to our final night, everything was amazing. You listened and noted and incorporated all our preferences to make sure we had the best trip. Fifi - we loved everything you fed us! The crab cakes, the ribs, the starters and snacks and all the incredible desserts. We were so very, very spoiled and pampered. Our cabins were so nicely appointed and set-up. We were comfortable and every need anticipated and accommodated. Andre - Thank you for planning an incredible route. We loved each of the stops, each more beautiful than the last. I can't even pick a favourite. Thank you for the smooth dinghy rides and the fabulous swim platform. You made every request seem possible always a "No problem" attitude. The playlist made the trip special as well. several songs will forever make me think of this trip. And, the beautiful pictures that you took with the camera and drone captured special moments for us. Thank you, thank you for all of it.
